Hen & Dot Pumpkin patch

Pick your own pumpkin this October and celebrate the changing seasons — the perfect start to your Autumn Festivities.

Grab a wheelbarrow and head out into the patch to pick your own, or choose a ready-picked favourite from our stand.

The Hen & Dot Café will be open, serving autumnal treats. There’ll be plenty of fun activities for all the family to enjoy too.

Tickets Entry to the patch is £2.50 per person (adults and children — babies in arms go free), whether you book online in advance or pay on the door.

Please arrive within your booked slot time — once you’re in, stay as long as you like!

Pumpkins are priced separately according to size.

What you’ll need

🧤 Warm clothing, in case it turns chilly

☂️ Waterproofs, in case it buckets down

👟 A clean pair of shoes to change into for the café

Old newspaper, bags or cardboard boxes to put pumpkins in and save your car boot from the Pumpkin mud!

Prefer to avoid the weekend crowds? Our midweek sessions run in our smaller patch with the Hen & Dot Little Coffee Box — a calmer, lower-footfall visit, well suited to a more relaxed pace.

Smaller patch, fewer visitors, plenty of space to take your time. Midweek slots run Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 5 October, 7:30am – 2pm.
